A few months prior to our install Peter met us at the Ply Gem showroom to view various windows and tried to give us the best options for our renovations. He was very helpful in picking the right product for us and listened to our needed and concerns. We wanted a European feel to our home and nothing that would require replacing in 10 years.
Peter and his crew showed up promptly at our home to install 15 windows and various styles of doors. The job was done perfectly and in a timely manner. They all worked straight through the day to ensure that every detail was seen to and at the end of each day things were organized for the next day. We had a wall taken out of one side of our house and Peter built a new header and made certain that there would be no structural issues once the windows and large double sliding door was installed. We now have an amazing view and light all day long. I could go on about the process but it is clear that the quality and manner in which Polwest functions is of top caliber.
